Homeland security transporting bird flu?

A couple of weeks ago, a caller into a talk show disclosed that there is a detailed plan that Homeland Security was transporting Influenza viruses and truckers being paid an large amount of money. at first, this caller was blown off, but with the latest cases of flu in mexico AND New York City, perhaps this information should be investigated a little closer by the Mainstream Media.
