    you idiots...this is no different than ROTC in high schools. this program is well documented to help with the escalating border violence and to help local law enforcement with the immigration and drug traffic issues.

    Hitler and Stalin used the same tactics during the rise of the 3rd Reich. There is no reason to have a hostage scenario that includes a "disgruntled iraq war veteran" hostage scenario for 15 yr olds. read your history of what past dictators did to gain control of their populations

    ROTC does not participate in SWAT team tactics. They are purely a leadership training function.
