I cannot believe that the cops basically executed someone in lying down handcuffed in front of many witnesses! The police are basically out of control and some people say racist. The officer in question is using the "Tazer defense" which basically states that an officer mistakenly thinks the gun is a tazer. cops should not have guns. In England the cops have no guns and are very effective. I have seen the cops in England use psychological tactics in managing crowds and suspects.
